what happens to the warranty registration info that we fill in and send to Denver? Is it used for marketing or do you actually maintain a data base of who bought what? I was just wondering.
Thank you,
guy

Guy,
we do use the info to help make the products our customers are looking for. There is also a data base kept.

Hi Guy & Joe, I have often wondered if this paper work would be better filled out or left with the knife if you feel you might want to sell it at some time down the road?
Joe, what percentage of these forms get back to you at all? Maybe there should be a transfer of ownership form included.

WKCC Annual Show two weeks away, see thread "BUCK DISPLAYS AT WKCC SHOW", for more info, we would like to see more Buck displays.

Frank, that is a good question. I've always thought the original user should be the one to fill out the form. I've only traded one of my knives and I had sent the registration when I purchased it originally.

Joe, I've sent in several this last year and have yet to see any junk mail or receive any annoying phone calls at suppertime. Just thought I'd ask.

Guy,
I jsut read one of the warrantee papers and there is a box marked, "Check here if you do not want to recieve and junk mail or annoying phone calls during supper", or words to that effect.
I have only seen rare cases where having the original warrantee paper helped the resale value of a knife.
