Warranty replacement- quick question

Spyderco has offered me an msrp replacement for a knife from my collection. Is it possible to split that credit between two cheaper knives? The letter says I can pick a replacement item, and all the language is singular so I'm thinking I have to go with one knife. If anyone has direct experience I'd appreciate your insight.
Thanks

I don't see that being a problem but only Spyderco can answer that for sure.

As rycen said, only Spyderco can give you an accurate answer to that. However, I know that what you are being offered is a credit at Spyderco's online store, SFO, for $XXX. That's Spyderco's standard policy when a knife that is out of production and cannot be replaced is found to be defective and is under warranty.

I'm also 99% certain you can use that credit to purchase one knife, multiple knives, sharpening tools, accessories, or any combination of them from SFO and that you can even add money to the credit to purchase a single knife or combo of things from SFO that cost more than the credit amount. The only things I'm not sure of are whether they'd let you use the credit for items that are being closed out at a reduced price, or apply it toward to one of their Randalls.

Thank you both, assets to the community.
I really hope you're right as it expands my options ten fold. I just took on a temporary second job and I keep forgetting to call during business hours. I left a message but I'll keep at it.

For now I'll pick a plan A and B.

You can absolutely apply the credit towards more than one item. ;)

I think the next time I get a credit for a discontinued, faulty knife, I'm just going to tell the Spyderco folks to surprise me. :D
