Along with my new responsibilities as moderator I have inherited a new task.
As of today if you have a warranty issue, you are to forward an email to me about the issue and arrangements will be made for shippment of the damaged blade. I will catalog the issue and prioritize the work and persoanlly deliver the damaged blades to the shop for service.
