warranty service question

My Wedge sheath has cracked along the seam in the Delrin(?). It doesn't securely hold the Wedge knife anymore so I don't get to carry it as my neck knife. Epoxy wouldn't hold on the sheath material so I went poking around the Outdoor Edge web site, but saw no information regarding warranty or service information so I thought I'd see what I could discover here.

I have really enjoyed the Outdoor Edge products I have used and will be buying more of them in the future.
