Got a knife back from service in about four days, shipping time included, and got it back in better condition than I sent it. Really top notch service.

Can someone tell me what I need to do to send my knife back for service? I have a ZT0302 that came to me with a stripped clip mounting hole on the G-10 handle and I need to get the handle replaced.

Yup, I received my blur from the factory today and it came scary sharp, and it opened better than new. (The torsion bar went out)
I am continually amazed with Kershaw's CS. It is truly the best.

The turnaround time of Kershaw service is what surprises me. I've had good service from other companies, but the speed at which Kersahw gets your knife back to you is better than any other company I've personally experienced.

they have great customer service, but I'd like to see them have to rely on it less. I've had many Kershaws with a lot of quality check issues. It's great to know they are always all over it, though

Last night I dropped my new skyline onto the carpet, well the tip went right through the carpet and hit the concrete and bent. I was able to fix it pretty well but it still looks a little crappy, can I send it to kershaw to be fixed and how much would it cost?

Sorry to hear we're not living up to QC in your your borders OE, but this is not a company wide issue...unless you know something more than I.

Send it in, they'll reprofile it and make it look brand new.

I sent in a knife with a huge chip in the edge and when it came back it looked very good...they'll hook you up anithero

Thanks Knivesandguns and Spiral. I was actually able to fix the tip on the sharpmaker and it looks almost as good as new. I bought this knife as an inexpensive beater anyways.
