Warranty Spa Fixed blade question

If you have a rusty and worn Fixed Buck knife, will the spa treatment nod anything for rust or wear? Will they sharpen serrations?

I sent in an old 122 Nemo that had black stains and some pitting on the blade. I was told that if there is deep pitting, they will not chase (clean) them. Either the pits weren't deep on mine, or they went above and beyond, because it came back looking like new. As far as I'm aware, they will sharpen serrations. I posted a thread about mine, with photos. I will dig it up later, I'm on lunch break atm. Good luck!

Sorry I did not mean to post the link
I was trying to post a picture as I also had a warranty question about a Buck fixed blade. Specifically if the knife (663 guide) came with a very noticeable grind past the blade near the choil and the blade edge ground flat (the very end closest the choil) ...from the factory what do you think Buck would do? As I am in Canada it would be a long warranty process.
I can't figure out the picture but will leave the link if that's not okay I can remove it

Your picture.

Looks like the person doing the edging missed his starting point. I have no idea what Buck would do if you sent it in for warranty.

thanks ob for posting the pic.

M mcdojona not much they can do, other than try to replicate the finish and hide the over grind a bit.....it's a visual issue not a functional one. I'd let it go and move that one from the collection to a user....after it's all scratched and marked up from using it won't even matter anymore......

Please send that back into us and I can get a replacement sent back. If you address your knife directly to me I can get it processed quicker.
