Warranty

Anybody here have any experience with Bokers warranty, I just got an Armed Forces Model, and well its pretty screwed up, particularly the lock up. Are they good? and if I send it out Monday how fast do you guys think I'll have a working product back?

Right now I am running between 7-12 days turnaround, including shipping time, but that may shorten up. It all depends on how much I receive that needs worked on.

Haha. You must be who I talked to earlier...thanks looking forward to getting it back. I really like the design.

Wow, I expected you to have at least like a small crew...not saying like 100 people, but more than one guy. A large company like Boker. Damn...you must get swamped sometimes.
