There has been another post started about this ebay auction.

Link to other post

There are some Buck knives on it that are in really bad condition.

I'm posting about it on the Buck side of BF because I'm wondering what the people at Buck would think about knives like this being sent into the warranty department.

This is not my auction and I'm not going to be bidding on these knives.

I'm just wondering what the people at Buck think.

Thanks,

I saw that auction a while back. What do I think about it? I think the guy needs a tool box with some screwdrivers, chisels, and hammers. :)

Hey Pahl,

To answer your warranty question/concern

Our current warranty process is set up so we are pretty easy to take advantage of once, then when we pattern that someone is abusing our service we become less friendly...

Our warranty policy has remained true to my Great Grandfather and Grandfather's ideals. The satisfaction of our true customers is more valuable than the knives we lose to cheaters. We hear some pretty wild stories and sometimes some confessions when we are so gracious it makes folks guilty for abusing the warranty.

Joe and his staff work with this all the time and know what to watch for.
