Warren Thomas Knives Question

Maybe some one will be able to answer me here. I am looking for a "unique" or "different" custom user knife for under 600$. Warren Thomas fit that category well enough but I actually use my knives also. Does anyone here know if his knives can be used everyday and can they be sharpened at home or do you have to send them back to him every time? Its going to be a no go if either are a "no" but if their both "yes" then Ill probably go for it. Thanks.

Warren's blades are truly like nothing else out there in Knifeland.
 
I carry and use a Warren Thomas neck knife on a regular basis. Sharpen it, too.
 
To sharpen a WT blade correctly, go to his web-site on the USN and read up.
