Warren Thomas/TAD Gear info

I was recently going through my safe and found a knife that I thought I had sold many years ago. It’s a Warren Thomas TAD Gear titanium neck knife with carbon fiber handles I bought back in 98 or 99. Does anyone have any info on this particular knife? I haven’t been able to find anything about it. I’ve even reached out to Warren Thomas, but my email gets sent back. Anyone know what the name of this knife is? I have long forgotten.
 
Thanks for stating the obvious, but I’ve tried that as well as several other avenues and after running out of leads thought I would try my luck here. The problem I’m having is the age of the knife. I’ve also checked several of the purveyors of Warren Thomas and TAD Gear knives to no avail.
