I have a few of his CF/G-10 laminate knives too but they are back in Scotland. I only really use the full Ti knives any way.

David, it's like anything else...it's only a problem if you make it a problem. We eat at this place probably once a week, and we have our Meet and Greets there once a month, sometimes with 30+ people. We can pretty much do whatever we want and nobody says bo to us. I love this place!

BTW, that is a collection of sharp Titanium. The only steel is the Chicago Screws in the Kydex.
