I just received the 2 blade copperhead. It was ordered by someone else in Oz but he thought it was to good to use.
Al's first copperhead style pattern I think he did a great job.

Great pick up Mitch,those are cool.That middle one is the ray skin stuff ? Am I correct on that ? Top is his red stag,I know that,gotta love it ! Flat ground,right?

top- red stag & S30v,his first single blade slippie after years of multi & lockbacks.
middle- Is a varation on his carver model I had made. Devin thomas stainless damascus with with rayskin over wooden scales.
bottom- S30V, stanless fittings & linen micarta.

All 3 look great:thumbup: But that 2 blade sure looks like it would be comfortable serious user. Congratulations!
 
I got to see the copperhead at Al's house. Really nice knife you got there. One thing I really like with Al's work is that when he uses ivory he puts a koa veneer as the backing. It's really classy looking and functional.

One nice detail i see- he chamfered the lanyard hole... not many folks do that.
