hi. i bought a folding alpha hunter, and it developed some major problems. by the time i got it home, the blade was wobbling. i couldnt figure out why, until i saw the stop pin was dented. so i loosened the pivot a little, twisted the stop pin, and retightened the pivot. that solved the problem, but not for long. next, the thumbstuds started to rattle around, and now they spin around freely and rattle in my pocket. next the knife started to fold on me and the lock wasnt secure at all. sometimes it is like a bankvault, and sometimes it slips with a feather tap. so i took the thing apart, and found a burr on one of the washers. i mean a serious burr, like one you could easily see. so i filed the burr down, and saw that the pivot was beating the crap out of the washers. nothing i could do about that, so i roughed up the lock a little bit and put the whole thing back together. once i had it just how i wanted it the pivot started to come loose again and i just gave up. i would love to be able to carry this knife, but it is starting to get rediculus. can this knife be sent back and fixed? once the lock has failed on me, i get nervous, and i dont know if i can trust it anymore.
