just wanted to share this I sent my cqc7 mini for repairs and sharpening and let me tell you Emerson did a wonderful job and very impressive of fixing late lock up and sharpening. Total turn a round time was 9 days. The lock up is perfect and they put a factory edge back on the blade. I love this knife thanks Emerson. Customer for life

9 days for a sharpening and lock repair?! That is quick! Have never used their warranty service but every other aspect of my interactions with EKI have all been excellent whether via phone or email.

I have a commander but the cqc7 mini is my favorite don't know why but it feels great in hand and has never let me down It was still working good when sent in for repairs but the commander us sweet
