Warwarsing Knife Museum

I made the trip to Napanoch today to the new museum. Rich Langston and his sidekick "Doc" have done a fantastic job sharing and preserving the history of knife making in Ulster County.
They have a genuine passion for anything "Schrade".
Also on display are many tools used in the manufacturing process.
It's worth the trip not just for the knives on display but also to talk with these two gentlemen who are so willing to share their knowledge about knives.

I have a work-related trip to Long Island in the fall. If it works out that I'm driving home alone, I will certainly try to detour through Napanoch.
Congratulations to "LT" on the accomplishment of this important preservation and education goal.
