Well, according to Levine's 4th edition for Warwick Knife Company: Warwick, NY - USA - c1907-1928

NY has been a knife center - Warwick Knives , NY Knife Co, Schrade etc. IIRC the website for Warwick NY has some interesting history of knife making there.
 
I am the grandson of Walter C. Fuller who was an executive officer of the Warwick Knife Co. Warwick, NY and have a small amount of info. Another decendant is Jack Askam of Warwick, NY
