so here one is 1of 4
forged W1 1/4 inch thick spine
G10 with iron wood spacer
stainless stop pin
3/16 folder pivot with phos.bronze washers

the blade was flat ground to a wedge heat treated im my kiln quenched in parks (thanks deker for bring it over for this) cryoed then tempered

i finish ground the blade on 2 inch wheel for that great deep hollow
these pictures are shot before i replaced the pivot screws with new ones (scuffed the ones in it up while shaping handles)

i have not sharpened this one yet but i hope to get that done later today
anyhow here are the shots thanks for looking if your looking for a shot i have not taken yet let me know and i can work on getting the pic taken

yes the one thing i have found is i used to think the hunters i made were sharp till i started working in the kitchen knife stuff
now with the razors its even more spooky how sharp i can work them to. the + of all this is now all my other blades will get sharper from learning new ways to hone the blades and the angles of the bevels

OH Snap!!! Make me one of those, with blaze orange G10 and I'll be all over that....like a fly on a tu....

Very nice work.

Very nice,Butch-I love how drastic the hollow grind is-very cool, thanks for sharing:thumbup:
