Friend found this at a local shop and got it for me after she saw that I own a couple knives. I don't intend on using this at work since it seems to be a cool looking but cheap Chinese knife and wouldn't last very long there, but I was wondering what kind of trouble would I get if I was using it as an EDC outside of work.

It says Tac-Force Speedster Model, and has a little emblem that says Sheriffs Department Public Safety. It has a partially serrated blade with a hawk-bill design and is about 3 inches in length. Assisted opening, locks and has that metal stub on the bottom for which I am assuming is for... Breaking windows? I like the look of it but don't want to get in trouble for carrying it around. Oh and I live in Southwest Florida.

I apologize if the photos don't show, It's my first time on this forum and I'm not entirely sure of how to post a photo.

you need to upload your pics to someplace like photobucket and link them with the img tags in your post.

This should be fine for Florida. It's just a folder. Having a curved blade and glass-breaker (the spike at the bottom) doesn't change that.

I'm sure you can carry it, but... why? what kind of work can you do with that knife? looks like some fantasy stuff designed so 12 year olds can carry it around and have fantasies of ripping through peoples throats with it

no offence, I'm sure the friend who got it for you means a lot to you, and that's reason enough to carry it. and hey, if you like the knife you should carry it, life's about being happy right? I have the right to voice my opinion, you have the right to ignore it lol.

I would be careful of one thing, and that's the fact that that seat belt cutter seems rather exposed, don't cut yourself digging stuff out of your pockets.
