Was given two knives, Google didn't help much.

Please tell me anything you know about these two knifes.
One is a Buck (camillus) 305. I couldn't determine the steel or manufacturing period.

The other is maybe a Schrade 3 blade. What is the steel and date on it? As always, thanks for any and all help!!!

According to this tang stamp chart, that is a nice old Imperial, 1936-1952.

Thanks KrisOK! That link helped a lot. Mine is a later model (~1984) made by Camillus for Buck with 440a probably. Oh well, I like it. Researching these is making me appreciate this segment of the knife world. I started all modern with knives like Spyderco, but these have an appeal to them.

Bob W, thanks for the help but I must disagree. Your date range should say "PROV RI" but mine says "PROV USA". Also, the etching of "Super Razor Blade Stainless" puts it into the 60's era.
Have a look here.
