There's no SS Karahawk, but there was a Warren Thomas Karambit.
If the surface looks odd in the top photo, it's because the plastic protective film is still in place. There are some air bubbles under it and you can see its outline and the tab that makes it easier to remove.
BE CAREFUL!!! There are lots of fakes of this model out there, so if (aside from the plastic film) the one you're looking at does not look exactly like this, steer clear of it.
