There were a few double-cut, snakeskin BA-E's for sure. I handled them at the first Blade Show I attended. I don't know about the convex grind.

What I have seen on Badmojo leads me to beleive that 1whobuys is one of the few HOGs in the same league as SKUNK.

Just to set the record straight: The only production knife ever offered by Busse with a full convex grind was the HOGSJTLE and the DCBB rejects.

As far as the satin ABA with tan scales, I am quite sure it is flat ground and the appearance of hollow grinding is an illusion. Mine is definitely flat ground.
