was there ever a Blue Dragonfly?

Was the Dragonfly ever offered in blue FRN or G10 with PE?

A friend of mine seems to recall seeing one but I've never heard of one.

AFAIK there was only SS, FRN, CF, and a few rare ones such as the SS Web and the Santa Fe stuff, but no G-10, unless someone did it themselves.

I've hunted around on line and came up empty as well. I'm not so much looking for G10 as much as the blue color.

I have seen some models for sale only in Japan that are in colors not available in the US. Don't know if the Dragonfly was one of these or not, but it might be a possibility. The website, Hamobochia (sp?) was where I saw some knives with different colored handles. The one that comes to mind was a blue Jester.

I found this pic a couple of years ago online somewhere. Don't remember where, but it is and was advertised as a blue dragonfly.

Never seen an owner's pic though.

You are thinking of Hamonoichiba. No blue Dragonfly there though.

Well, I didn't add the blue myself if that's what you think. Just adding a bit of info on this quest for the mythical blue dragonfly.
