Was this maker ever associated with Randall Made Knives

I have been trying to identify the maker of the knives linked below. The knives have a strong resemblance to the Randall Model 1-8, so I wanted to check whether the markings (the makers signature) resembled the name of any of the former Randall Knives associates. Unfortunately, the signature is not distinct enough to be read clearly on its own.
