washed and dried Benchmade 940-1

I thought I'd run thru the book on ways to abuse knives -but after "loosing" my Benchmade 940-1 for a couple of days -realized it was still clipped to a set of jeans that had been machine washed and dried. Neither the S90V steel ,carbon fiber or Niteeyz clip seem to have minded that much. Don't feel smart when I break knives -but sure do hate loosing 'em.
