just tore down, stripped & buffed out an old AK47 with axis lock...it has teflon & bronze washers

My questions:

What order do they go back in? Does it matter?

I laid them aside and didn't take pics during teardown cause I got so zen enjoying the mechanics and going thru the handwork process...they are marvels of knife engineering! Thanks in advance! :)

Unless you have an Ultimate Hunter. The washers actually extend beyond the blade tang, and into the Triad cut out. Chewing up of the Teflon washers is ensured. I actually flipped mine so that the Teflon was against the G10, after 2 sets of Teflon washers got shredded up. Major design flaw.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY HOLD OUT II. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE NEW WASHERS? WHAT SIZE ARE THE WASHERS? THANKS! 22jaymondo@gmail.com

Would all the Ultimate Hunters be like that or only a few? Does it work smoothly and reliably after your mod?
