Named after the famous "Washington Works" cutlery, I finally got to handle one of these.
I gotta say, my dream has come true!
I've been wanting to see a modern version, ever since, a couple of decades ago, I laid eyes on my first old Schrade with the eponymous bolsters!!;)
Post your pictures here please!!!

I am back with a picture - I will add more pics later. The Cocobola version is missing - apparently they are in the mail!

Great-looking knives Charlie

If you're ever able to visit Sheffield, we'll go and look for Washington Street together ;) :)

Really love how these came out, nice work Charlie and GEC! This is one I wasn't super excited for until I started seeing the finished product and then I realized how nice it all comes together. The bolsters, the diamond shield, the end cap, the blades and their configuration (love the pen on the pile side), and the well chosen smooth cover materials. It seems a perfect match to this new 77 frame too. Excited to watch this thread grow.

This is the BEST yet Charlie, congrats. I can't wait to coon finger these.

Best regards

Robin

Charlie...this is a great looking knife that perked my attention when I saw the designs of it. I have 4 different ones coming and very proud to own these. You done good.......

By eck Charlie, a mighty fine group of Washingtons. They are all top notch, my fav has to be the ebony pictured there.

Thanks; for the comments everyone, and the fine pic of the Olde Homestead, Jack!!
"If you're ever able to visit Sheffield, we'll go and look for Washington Street together" As fine an offer as ever there was - thanks, Jack!! I'd like that!!
I can't wait to see everyone's knife pictures.
The colors vary somewhat, apparently.
The polished Stag ranges from very white, to darkishly grainy, to a sort of Palomino like this one. I looked at four of them and saw all of that!!
The red goes from darker than the one shown, to slightly lighter. Same with the Autumn Gold.
Gabon Ebony is classic black of course, and I can't wait to see a Coco!!!

The blades went through the same heat treat and test process as the BF Knife, so should be great.

The second and final shipment has gone out I believe, so the Cocobolas will be around soon!

Which of those knives is not like the others, hmmmmm???;)
