Hi all, recently I tested a knife from a Chinese company WITH ARMOUR who I saw at IWA in Germany this year. Never heard of them but their sort of parent company is OEMing for many US manufacturers. Anyway, WithArmour is like their premium lines and features a couple of German designers. I asked to check out a model called the CAJO I BK. basically it's a 1/4" slab of San mai constructed VG 10 with 420J2 sides. Very hefty, very nice.

It is very heavy though.
Anyone else heard of them?
Anyway, yeah very comfortable to hold but the crazy thing was that since it reallt bites into wood with its big Scandi grind, combine that with the weight and hey presto, seriously easy to use as a small chopper if you had too.
