A Seiko titanium isn't much different from a Citizen - meaning the manufacturer or an authorized retailer may have the links in stock to lengthen the band for your wrist size. Not a problem I suffer - I usually have to take them out.
THe styling and type of pins used on the links are your critical factors - happy hunting. I enjoy finding bargains like these, too.
