Watch recommendation?

I'm looking for a new watch. One that can take a beating. I currently have a Seiko square face all stainless, that I really like. But I want something less dressy.
Requirements:
Stainless bezel and band. No leather.
Large bezel and face. I have a big wrist and don't mind lugging a heavy watch.
Luminescent numbers and/or hands. Good ones. I'm spoiled by tritium vials :)
Price range- under $250.
I saw a Swiss Army at Costco that I can't locate on the net- it looked pretty thick, but I'm not sure how good their luminescent hands are.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Currently I'm looking at the Citizen Hideaway Promaster and the Citizen Centinel.

I wear a Pulsar Diver (Seiko's off brand) and have for about a year and a half straight. It's been to 135' diving, it's been flying, it's been in some tough work and it still looks good. .

The Black Monster has the best lume I've ever seen! It is super bright initially and stays readable for a long while afterwards.
