Maybe somebody else is already doing this or has posted on this but:
In Asia (and increasingly in North America), you'll find these spout pouches that are used for everything from Juice to laundry detergent. They're no thicker than perhaps five sheets of paper but are tremendously strong. The one pictured below was made to hold detergent but was procured, unused, at a tradeshow. I'm sure that you could find these at just about any Asian market, drink the juice, wash them out and use them in a PSK. I've also included a picture where we ran over one, filled with water, with a Jeep and were not able to cause it to rupture.
