Water bottle bags, who uses one and what is in it?

I have two sizes setup and use.
One is for 32 oz bottles and has a SS Klean Kanteen bottle, SS cup and two lids one metal for cooking and ine plastic for drinking and preventing spills, also to help from burning lips.

This one also has a Bahco Laplander Folding saw and Mora Garberg attached to the outside.
I keep cooking and non-cooking gear in the bag.
The other has a 64oz SS Klean Kanteen bottle and a small ss pot with lid. This one also has a collapsable silicone cup/bowl to eat/drink out of since the SS components are rather big for that.
This one has a BK-62 4.25” knife attached to the outside.

Both have the following items inside:
Bic lighter
Matches
Ferro rod
UCO spork
Fish mouth spreader
Signal mirror
Snare wire
1” Gorilla tape roll
Hank of 550 paracord

How about yours?

The water bottle kit was a popular thing a while back. I never put one together myself but it did seem like a compact way to carry the basics for a short hike. I have to ask though, besides the obvious what is the fish mouth spreader for? There is no fishing gear in your list.
