That picture of Mo Mo's brings back very fond memories. What a fun trip that was.
 
That looks fantastic! How are they cooked? Baked? Fried like pot stickers? No matter really i bet they are great! I dont think ive ever had watercress?
 
They are steamed near as I could tell. Looked like an awful lot of work. They made a whole pile of them when we was there and they sure was good. They weren't watercress then, not sure what but again they was delicious and I ate too many and they just kept bringing them. It was great.
