Watership Down

Very cool. What was the inspiration for the black rabbit vs. the white one? Yin & Yang, maybe? (In the book there's a ghost rabbit who's black, that I remember.)

Run not like the fox who runs for his meal, but rather the rabbit who runs for his life.

Rabbit is my Chinese Zodiac sign. Cool tattoo. It kind of reminds me of Spy vs. Spy.

I can't get tattoos personally but I like your rabbits.

Just got this done in trade for a kiridashi...

Don't know why may but it reminds me of Spy vs Spy from Mad Magazine ;) :D

tattoos speak ... as one very late to understand the power of this art, may I say that I hope to understand even more about the commitment to the image that is chosen. The images don't make me wonder; they give me wonder.

The black rabbit is like a grim reaper, always chasing us. At the same time we chase death indirectly, doing the things we enjoy... (Smoking, drinking, driving fast, eating cheeseburgers)

Yes, I see the conflict of the ages over the fear of death.

I will share that as I have aged, been tested, lost a bunch of dearest people and pets, and shed tears and apologized a lot in my life ... in quite an unremarkable kind of life ... I am a lot more at peace with the chasing rabbit. But love that you commit to being faithful to your mind with art on your skin in your life.

I am still thinking about some ink even at my age. Not inking a green banana - but something important to me. :) Maybe long spaniel ears as the pups swim, floating on the river like angel wings ...

If they catch you they will kill you. But first they must get past a large Bowie surprise. And maybe Big Kitty?

Saw a nice tat craftsmanship piece the other night. I'll dig it up. You might enjoy it.
