Waterstone for S30v

Does anyone have an opinion on whether a Naniwa Diamond or Shapton Glass is better for an S30v blade?

I'm assuming my normal Naniwa and Kings are not up to S30v.

Dmt Coarse, Fine and a strop with 1 micron Diamond to finish. Really dont need anything beyond that.

Any alloy with 4% or greater Vanadium content will need diamonds for the best results.

IME, S30V is somewhat on the cusp. I can get a really nice edge with Shapton Glass or with diamonds.

It has enough vanadium to hold an edge fairly well, but not enough to REQUIRE diamonds.
S30V is not my favorite by a long shot, but it is a good steel.
