Well today was the day my Bedlam met it's fate. When I got home this afternoon I waved this sucker and let me tell you it is slick. When I get my new clip from BM (which I've been waiting on for 4 and a half weeks since it broke off) it will probably be kicking the Umnumzaan out of my pocket. I got the idea from a guy who had a photoshopped picture of one so I used it as a pseudo template. I didn't cut as deep as the photo because I wanted to leave the butterfly intact (I accidentally got the tip of his wing... Oh well) I liked this knife before but now I think it's perfect. If I could only find someone to build me a decent clip for it now, becaus ethe factory clip sucks ass.

Here are some pics (sorry for my shitty photography):

*Insert Charlie Mike comment here* :D

Looks like a nice job, guy. Definitely looks professionally done.

Well done. Wave on!

Awesome! I love the bedlam, I wish it came with a standard wave/ bottle opener/ something so you can whip it out of your pocket and have it be ready to go.

Looks pretty good. Does it have enough lip to reliably catch? Used to seeing more of a hooklike design for waves. I do like that you managed to do it without grinding off half the blade. Always makes me wince when I see those.

call up/email benchmade and ask for a 630 skirmish clip... you may have to remove a tiny bit of material on the scale but its a much better clip :)

100% reliable so far for 100 or so draws.

Now you'll be like me... never carrying an ordinary opening folder again.

Now you'll be like me...

Now that's a thought that would make a strong man shudder . . .

:p :D

travclem - Well done, and looks good. I've got a Spyderco here that I'm going to 'wave' when my garage/shop is set up, and I had to really work to keep the Spyderco bug intact. (It's in a lower spot on factory waved Enduras.)

Really good looking Bedlam!

Now it's time to follow in the master's footsteps (CM) and get to waving that Umnumzaan!!
