anyone seen one? i was thinking of getting a UKPK wharncliff and waving it, seemed interesting as i live in cali and visit england for my cousins relatively often, and as both places are sheeple central

ideas? or pics if anyone has seen this already?

ps i meant slipjoint not friction folder

Cool idea but I don't know if itd work with the UKPK's strong backspring and strong 90 degree lockup

hmm good point, but i think some jb weld on the dimple of the back spring that makes the half stop would fix that, thanks for telling me about that, as to the strong back spring hopefully i dont hit anyone with my elbow lol

I'm confused. The UKPK is a slipjoint not a friction folder.

Hope you haven't given into the California sheeple thing ... that gives them power.

I have no worries about carrying a waved locking folder ... hope you don't either.

i dont but im around a lot of sheeple, besides in my EDC i constantly carry my

mora 612
byrd cara cara 2/spydie tenacious
spydie delica zdp-189
kershaw OD-2
bm42/spydie spyderfly/ home made boot knife

so i dont have a problem with locked folders just wanted something different is all

as to the FF vs SJ i have a bad habit of interchanging these what i meant was a slip joint, thanks for pointing that out to me

i agree, but other then that someone else could have modded a slipjoint to do such a thing, and yes im sure it is a more tactical thing but its also an interesting way to open a knife, just like the pocket sheaths on the wee razels
