Waving a CS lockback wear down like a linerlock?

Greetings all, i'm new to bf and this is only my 2nd thread. i just got a hold of a brand new CS Talwar 4 In. plain. The blade is Mean and Nasty to me. My question is; does waving the talwar wear down the lockback like waving a linerlock does? I've seen the CS videos and demonstrations and the triad locking system looks real strong and all, i just want to know if it will last and not end up with bladeplay when being waved with average force. i only wave just enough energy to deploy the blade. Any feedback greatly appreciated.......

I don't know about waving But I have been wrist snapping my old style Voyagers XL and X2 for years and haven't had a problem.
 
thanks big time Michael T thats exactly what i wanted to hear, i feel waving and wrist snapping are pretty much the same as deployment goes
 
yes i can that is called waving or snagging on your pants pocket. will this wear out the triad lock especially when forcefully waved?
 
Go look at the tests they put the tri-ad through. Sure, it'll wear over time, every moving part does, but it won't wear out easily, and I'd guess you could wave it every day for the rest of your life and still not wear it out.
