So I was reading my new BLADE magazine and I see our own blgoode profiled! Congrats on the piece. It looks like you got a good review.

This gives me lots of hope as I remember that you were asking about "what kind of grinder should I get?" not too long ago. God bless and keep it goin!

Hey man thanks! Without this place I couldnt have done what I have thats for sure. I just wanted to put my heart into making someone a good knife, the rest is luck I tell you.....better yet, from above :D
I have my grandfather to thanks for my love of knives and you nuts to thank for putting up with EVERY single question I had and will have from now on.
It will be time to try a new steel soon.......maybe :D
 
I keep looking for this so-called "new Blade" magazine, but it doesn't exist yet in my town. Must be one of the few mags that goes out to subscribers before bookstores. Anyway, early congrats, Brian, and I'm looking forward to looking at the article! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy! :D
 
That was a very good review, and I enjoyed reading it. Nice to be able to lean over to the wife, "I can remember when this guy was still wet behind the ears." Way to go Brian, we're all pulling for you - and for everyone else on here of course!

Michael - seems like I got busy just 3 weeks before the article. Guess it will be like this a little while. Practice :D makes perfect.

Things have really changed since we met at TrackRock last year. Here you are featured in Blade, and here I am featured on the cover of "Duds-R-Us"............. :eek: :eek:

Great Job Brian! I just got my Blade mag. and saw your review. Well done in deed. I agree with Dave, it wasn't that long ago when we were saying...who the heck is this blgoode guy? Now I can say.. "I knew him when". Keep up the great work.

I picked up the April Blade last night and I can't find the article.

Hey Steve, its in the July 2005 issue. I havent seen them on the stands yet though.....
