Way to go, BK-2!

How did he get to the 120usd price tag though? Looks like he's comparing msrp with retail here and there...
Cool beans for the two though!

Two of my favorite blades on the top 5 list. Nice!!! Bk2, Esee laser strike.

Nice to see my beloved BK2 get a mention, but that price? You can get the knife for a much cheaper price, so even better value. Never seen the Falkniven F1 down in price as much as the deals to be had with Beckers.

Of all the fixed blade knives I have ... and all the Beckers I have, the BK2 is my go-to for use/abuse beat with abandon no fear knife.

FYI, from the last sentence of the first paragraph.

"priced under $150 with a blade length under 5″, in no particular order"

Descriptions = review
Top Four = ranking
BK-2 = listed as number 1

I stand by my original post. :D :D :D

I think this guy is a bit confused. Not about the 2, he got that one right. But on the Fallkniven F1 he states that it comes in 2 steels, 3G & VG10, with an Rc hardness of 59 & 62 (?) respectively - the 3G is the one at 62 - and softer than the BK-2, after stating that the BK-2 is run at 56-58. Rc seems to be messing with his mind :confused::confused::confused:

I think in terms of value for the money, the BK-2 is most assuredly #1 of the four listed, at least if you compare retail prices and not MSRP's. Hell the BK-2 is $60 at the jungle right now which is less than 1/2 what the author of the article posted as the price.

I saw that too. He says the Fallkniven is not as hard as the Bk2 while also saying it has a higher Hrc,

Fallkniven is so hard it can baton through a Becker :D

He actually didn't even get the name right. ;) It's called Campanion, not Companion and the handle material is Ultramid, not Ultrami...that sound like some kind of Japanese food or so. Anyway, the part about the BK2 being a great knife is absolutely correct.

I don't have a 2 yet...maybe I should!
Everyone should. Because... BK2.
