Obviously the buyer has a charitable interest in mind to fork out that much for a Hell Razor. Or maybe he is having a planet of regret on his shoulders for not grabbing one from the company store. If that purchase sets a standard, what would the nuclear MOASH be worth? or the Mud Razor?
