The main reason I stagger my purchases, other than finances, is so I have time to fully explor each new purchase/acquision.
It is funny when, before a new "tool" has been tested, I will carry my tried and true blade/gun along with my new knife/gun. I do get the looks, like I'm the nut, but that's the way it has to be. It does make for alot of knives/guns to carry some days though. When I got a matched set of Jerry's fighters it was really tough!
