I love the WC sebenza and Zaan, the grooves add extra grip and look nice too:thumbup: Enjoy your new toy!

Thanks yall! I'm loving it! Smooth as butter right out of the box!

Great knife !!!! The Star tac Zaan was my first ever CRK purchase. Their awsome knives. Now get out there and use that puppy.

Really nice looking Nice knife. You'll really like the grip that the raised part of the scale gives you.

I have 1 just like yours that I scotchbrited the raised part of the scale. It really gives the scales

a nice 2 tone look IMO.

Enjoy your new knife.:thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks brother! I have 400,600,800,0000 steel wool and WD40 waiting to do my two tone with. LOL
Had a WC Umnumzaan that I 2 toned that turned out great.

I have this one on the way, my first CRK. I noticed that this one only has a single thumbstud. It's from 2010, did the early ones have single thumbstud only?

They are using a different small washer now in the 21. I wonder how long this washer has been in circulation? I've never seen this one before, it's odd looking!

I also took some measurements of the backspacer and the lanyard bead. They both measure the exact same! I'm thinking of throwing the CR Wilson Combat in as the backspacer.

The washer is new on me. Never seen that before.
The lanyard bead is a spacer with engraving on it, good idea though. Might try that myself

I didn't know that the bead was also a spacer.

Maybe someone that has been around CRKs for a long time will chime in about the washer!

I've owned Sebenza for over 15 years and that's a first for me. Call CRK see what they say.

The birthday is 9-28-15, so it's literally weeks old. I'll do some more investigating...
