I want to take a minute to thank you all for your support. You have helped us to build an American manufacturing company over these last 9 years. I have always been very proud to be a part of it. As this economy slows, please know how important your support is to us. We need you, plain and simple you are our lifeblood and we can't do this without y'all. We need your enthusiasm to spread the word about our tools, our knives. We need your friendship and camaraderie here in the forums. We need your posts here and in other forums to spread enthusiasm for Fiddleback Forge knives. We need for you to give us a chance to back our product and uphold our warranty. And one more thing we need from you is for our friends who have been turned off by forum drama to forgive us, soften your hearts and return to us, posting and enjoying camaraderie and knives here. On this I am personally asking for forgiveness on bended knee. We have always tried to make the Fiddleback Forge forum a drama free zone. Recently there was an uptick in the drama, and I thought it was unfortunate. The thing is folks, this is slowly killing Fiddleback Forge. We are facing tough times economically here at the Forge, and we need your help. We need your understanding, and we need your forgiveness.

Please folks, reach out to our friends that have stopped posting. Reach out to other knife lovers. Please help me keep Fiddleback Forge afloat, and all of these craftsmen's jobs safe and sound. I cannot do this without you.

Andy

Andy, you are good people who make good tools. We are all here! You have my support 199%! I want one of those new Hiking Buddy sized designs! COOL STUFF! Thanks for keeping the excitement and energy alive! The forum drama has never been you or Fiddleback Forge, just people who do not understand this is your business, you livelihood, and how you support the families of everyone working under the Fiddleback Forge roof. Thank you for all you do for us! You make our lives a little bit more fun! Make me one of those cool new knives!

-Will

100% Behind all of you Andy. Honestly didn't notice any drama and hope I wasn't any part of it. Any chance I get I tell others about your work. I have even given knives to others knowing it would kindle the great love I have for. your work. Cotomer service is always top notch and beyond what could be expected. 🙏

Andy I am sorry to hear about the struggles at Forge currently. I appreciate you turning to the forum and being open with us forum members and customers. I'm certain you will have full support from everyone.

I've made dozens of friendships here over the years. This is a great community and I consider it a family. I have shared as much personal info here (community center thread) as I have talked about knives. It goes without saying that you have my support and I will do anything and everything I can to promote the Forge as I know the other members will.

Thank you for all that you do Andy and crew. It has been a pleasure watching the growth of Fiddleback Forge over the years and I look forward to many more years. It's time we all come together and do what we can to support, promote and give back to the Forge.

Dave

Well not a great analogy but the forge is spreading like a virus around me. Every person I encounter gets an intro to my leuku and how sweet it is.
If they are already knife folk they get hooked right away, if they are not they start getting interested. The work speaks for itself.

And whenever I encounter my next knife, the unicorn monarch I am looking for, everyone will hear about it too.

Your products are something I never worry over quality or confidence with. There are a great group of folks here on the forum and indeed terrific customer service.

Thanks guys. Those words mean a lot to me.

I haven't been posting very much over the last few months, but I am on this forum every day keeping up with you and appreciating your work. I am very proud to be a part of this community. I just haven't been able to free up a lot of money to buy anything due to some financial stuff; buying a new house, going back to school, and so forth. Rest assured, I will be back in the tank soon. Your craft and this community is special to me and I will never leave it!

I really hope y'all like the new designs. As they come along, I am very happy with the feel of them.

I hope all goes well. You're one of the knife makers that attracted me to custom, handmade knives. I look forward to getting my first Fiddleback knives one of these coming Fridays.

Was drawn to custom fixed blade knives by your designs. Have bought many and will continue to do so.

You've had my support and you always will. Whatever I can do to assist in getting you guys through this "recession" I'm there...

Andy and crew, I have been a Gold member for just a short time but have followed Fiddleback Forge for the past year as a registered member and I have had nothing but good things to say about this Forum. One thing for certain, communication and being open is a key to success and you have done just that. You have my support for what that is worth.

Andy we're with you bro! Hopefully we'll all get thru this and come out stronger!:)

Long live Fiddleback Forge......you can count on my continued support for all that you & the crew do. We all need to remember those three magic words....."I'll take it" !

I will echo what emoney2277 and the others have said here. I have not posted much or had a lot of disposable income lately but I am on this forum all day every day. It would take a heck of a lot more than a lil bit of drama to run me off.

As for promoting, I carry and use your knives every day. I will also say that I wear my Fiddleback Forge hat and t-shirt and use my pint glasses every chance I get. :D

We got your back Andy.

I'm brand new on here, but couldn't be happier to have found this forum, and your Forge. And I so appreciate your genuine approach, and Phillip's wonderful customer service the few times I've spoken with or exchanged emails. I'm enthusiastically signing on every day to see what's going on!

Count me in for continued support! I log-in at least 3-4 times a day to see what's being posted and commented on. I just found this blog in June of last year and have already acquired 16 knives. Most from FF, some from the Flea Market and a few from retailers.
I still have a few on my radar - Bog Oak Hunter and/or Bushfinger and Camp Nessy! More Bog Oak!!!
Thanks for the ride (so far)
Paul

I'm fairly recent in my interest in Fiddleback Forge, mostly due to whether I could afford one, but now that I can, they are by far the nicest, handsomest, most comfortable knives I've ever held. They truly are functional art, each piece within a single pattern has so much distinct personality. You have spoiled me on other makes and brands, to be brutally honest. I bought my first from a dealer and still comb their websites now and then, but I really like the personal, cordial connection here between maker and customers, and the ability to buy directly on Fridays. And looking at all the budding makers who work for Fiddleback, it shows it's an endeavor unlike most other knife companies. Count me in for continued patronage, I hope, as long as the bills are covered.

I'm here to stay, y'all better be too. Riding around reading this right now, figured I'd pull over and take a pic.

Wishing you all a successful year with many more to come.

This is a great place with a lot of good people - I wish I had more free time to be active on forums. It seems like I only have a few moments here or there for Instagram mainly nowadays.
