Wanted to let all my people on here know we are back to offering our full service heat treating option. Most of you know we had to cut it off completely shortly after we had our little boy and we only did large orders for a few customers. Well the wife is back to allmost full power for shop stuff and we are back open. Currently we are set at a limited quantity per month till we can determine our monthly maximum. Last time we got so swamped we were months out on turn around. This time we are approaching it a tad different which should greatly increase turnaround. We also added a new much larger oven.

Thanks guys for all the support you have given us over these many years.

I should have known! I got my oven built last week, but I fried something in my PID last night after I did a better job sealing brick gaps!

It should look familiar coil wise! 27 x 7 x 6.5 chamber, 3800 watt element on top over fused quartz tubes I did 17 runs back and forth because I mis counted the coils:

My hinge, welding and construction isn't as nice as yours though!

I've been keeping tabs on the website and I noticed when you started the basic service and I noticed recently that you started offering the full service again. This is great news, and we are all glad your wife is getting back to full strength. I'll be sending you some things I've been putting off waiting for this day.
