Just rented this one and watched the whole thing, well, on my little 19 inch screen in the shop I couldn't make out anything besides multi tools on their belts. Anyone else rent this one yet? I'm thinking on the tool belts when they are refurbishing the park?

If anyone see's a Busse on any of the cast, and you can get a screen capture, please post em! :) I want to see not only the knives, but supposedly there are some sheaths in there from a few of our local sheath makers as well. I'd love to see that, no matter the maker. :D
 
I had to take the kids. After the Busse post about the movie, I watched for blades as often as I could tear my eyes away from Scarlett. (mmmmmmmmmmm...) No steel did I see.

I think the movie crew fibbed a little, hard to miss someone with a Gemini or Bushwhacker on their hip eh? :confused:

I didn't think to check the background or on furniture/desks though. The movie as already back at the rental.
 
I have not seen this movie, never did or really plan to either.
Now it would be possible the editing crew chopped up the final cut. Perhaps the knives get more screen time in special features or something. No idea.
Would it be possible the Hollywood folks that put this movie together and request sharpened Busse blades had intended them for personal use more than for the movie?
 
As I said in the original thread I did'nt see any knives either ... may be the technicians grabbed them all :confused: ...
 
Yea, me too, to me the movie wasn't that good to top it off. Very glad I was at home where I could fast forward past the whiney parts. :p

Watching something with Scarlett in it, for me, is like watching UniVision: I don't really need the volume on to enjoy the viewing experience. :)
 
Ok...I have some possible Busse spotting! This is the same knife every time on the same gentleman. IMO it looks like a WW2 era bayonet but not for sure. It is on his right hip. I also believe that the tooled leather sheath Scarlett is wearing is someones custom.

I just watched and nothing stood out except bad acting.
