We/ Civivi USA warranty service?

Anyone have work done before?
Mailed a knife to their USA service place and it arrived over 2 weeks ago and i haven't heard anything back.

From my warranty service experiences, I dont think most companies will reach out to you...they just do the work then mail you back (sometimes notifies you of shipping). Unless theres a problem.

Also, most if not all will take much longer than 2 weeks. My buck marksman took over 3 months lol.

If you're concerned, just email them and ask for an update.

They got back to me a few days after I emailed. First time I'm doing anything warranty with knives. Mailed 2 at the same time. Other went to Trm, they emailed me day after they got it, fixed said sorry they are super busy and it's back in my hand in a little over 2 weeks so I guess they are amazing
