I've seen reviews of the We Zeta and finally got one off the forum for a very good price. I'm not sure what I generally think of the knife, as I haven't used it to cut anything, yet, but the deployment is, well, unexpected. I am unable to flip it with my index finger, spidy flick it, or middle finger flick it. The only way I'm able to deploy the blade is through front flipping it, which works reasonably well if the knife is perfectly lined up, my fingers are off the blade, and I give it a hell of a wrist roll. What are your experiences with deploying the Zeta? I haven't heard of anyone else front flipping it, and no one else seems to have too much trouble with conventional deployment.

Could be a detent issue. Had one with my falcon. Send it back to vendor for a replacement or use the warranty, maybe they can fix it.

That's an idea, though the thought of paying for shipping to China is unattractive. For the time being, I'll try different hand positions.

You can get it replaced by the place you bought it from and warranty services from the USA warranty for we knives... Or mail or call eshim himself.

When they do a run of we knives the person who designed the knife usually gets a bunch of spare parts to fix problems. If it's a lockbar or detent issue that warranty guy may or may not be able to fix that or replace it. Good luck.
