WE is a Chinese company, but have heard very good reviews on their knives. Really like this model. Thoughts?

WE had shown themselves to be an excellent company.
I have 2......I always forget the model numbers so I’ll post up pics for you!!
Both came out of the box pretty close to perfect. Amazing action, super solid lock up, nice ergos and excellent build quality.
Prices seem very fair.
I’m not familiar with the one posted, but if you like it, there is no reason to hesitate. They make great Knives!

I have several and am very happy with them. Very well made and very fair prices, in my opinion. I was able to see much of their line up at Blade this year and was impressed at the variety from a fairly new company. Was also able to talk with, who I think was the owner, for a bit. He seemed like a decent person. From my experience, I would say that if you see something you like, go for it. I don’t think that you’ll be disappointed. Mike

PS - I think that the 618 is very new and may not be readily available yet.

I have a 703 which is one of their cheaper models in d2. I absolutely love it. Bit of a hard detent but it’s a great flipper. Would definitely recommend WE knives.

I don't have this particular model, but I have a few WE knives and they are excellent.

I think they're one of the best makers in China. Personally I don't like most of their designs.

We generally gets a few things right fit and finish, action, and materials they have some horrible designs though. The 618 is actually good I'm holding one right now and love it the only issue is the zero grind at the tip is a little problematic as it makes the knife very thick at the end of the blade so not great for certain cutting tasks
my full review is here:

I have one and absolutely love it. Fit and finish is awesome with the exception of the additional grind at the tip not being symmetrical. I consider it a Gentleman's tactical folder.
