One where the blade ROLLS UP into a neat lil package. I may sharpen one side of my Stanley tape.

It may lack stiffness, but the length should make up for it.

No?

Hey, a "tape measure" knife would be cool, as it would have any blade-length that was needed or wanted, by just a pull or a push, and it would have an automatic retractable blade.:D.

Don't worry about sharpening Stanley tapes, they're plenty sharp. I slashed my thumb to the bone a few years ago with one on a job site - took 9 stitches to close.

Glockman - if that were the case, some dolt would probably try to classify it as a switchblade.

I thought this thread was going to be about being able to prove that your blade was the legal length! :D
