We need some ideas!

Hello!

I just got off the phone with KA-BAR and we are going to be shooting some videos coming up.

What kind of things would you like to see from us? We're gonna definitely be around my shop, and hopefully get out to the woods as well. Is there anything you'd like to see/know about knifemaking? Are there any particular skills or techniques you'd like to see demonstrated out in the field? Would you like to hear about design philosophy or what the process is like going from idea to finished knife?

These are just some general ideas I wanted to toss out there to get things flowing, but we are definitely open to everything! Love to hear what you're thinking.

Not sure if you'll get too into knife making but I'd like to see how handles are attached and shaped.. Also anything related to making a blade..

We probably won't get really deep into the whole process but I can probably get some shots of that in the video for you.
I would love to personally make a full video on a knife start to finish sometime. When I do I will post it up in here!

A tour of your shop would be nice. Showing the various stages in your knife builds would be a bonus.

A quick history of your knife making journey; who and what influenced your designs, what knife designs you're comfortable with vs. what you'd like to try in the future.

And ANYTHING out in the woods...keeps us people in the frozen tundra sane

Oh you are in for a treat with my first knife. Don't know what it was supposed to be or why I did it, but it ain't pretty. Haha
